Yet too often, the insights of frontline ministry and nonprofit leaders are absent from policy conversations.
That’s why True Charity hosts an annual virtual Policy Forum. This year, we’re bringing together legislators and poverty alleviation practitioners for meaningful dialogue. This is a unique opportunity to share your perspective, hear directly from policymakers, and contribute to conversations that can shape the future of poverty policy.
This 90-minute forum will include a brief update on the current policy landscape followed by a facilitated discussion between legislators and practitioners. Because meaningful interaction is the goal, participants should plan to join with cameras on and be prepared to actively engage in the conversation.
